Die casting is a manufacturing process that can produce complex metal parts through tooling/molds, called dies. The die casting process involves use of a furnace, ingot, die casting machine and die or tooling. The metal either aluminum or zinc will be melted in the furnace and then injected into the dies in the die casting machine. After the molten metal was injected to the dies, it will rapidly cool and solidifies into the final part called, the casting.
